The Culinary and Hospitality Education Foundation of Southwest Florida, Inc. is a charitable organization with a 501(c)(3) designation.  All  of the money we raise goes to help educate students in the culinary and hospitality disciplines.  To raise the funds to support these activities, CHEF relies on our annual gala fundraiser as well as on charitable gifts to the organization.  We receive an annual donation from the National Châine des Rôtisseurs Foundation to match some of our donations.  While the majority of the gifts have come from individuals associated with the Bonita Springs and Naples Bailliages of the Châine des Rôtisseurs, there have been gifts from others as well through donation of cookbooks, in kind services, and other donations.  More detail on how to donate items to the auction can be found on this website as well as how to contact the organization to arrange a donation.
