2012 Fundraiser Description

The Bonita Bay and Naples Bailliages of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs celebrated their annual gala at the Bay Colony Club.  The theme was “Dinner on the Titanic” and the food served was taken from menus that were actually served on the ship.  The decore featured engraved fruit bowls that were traditional for this type of event and graced the center of each table.  The silent auction was actively supported before dinner and included dinners in local restaurants, selections of wine, artworks, and specially prepared for this event – embroidered chef coats.  The live auction focused on dinners in private homes and yachts and sold well.  Photos of the event as published in the Florida Weekly.
