The CHEF Gala for 2011 was held at the Bay Colony Club in Naples on March 22, 2011. For all who attended it was a rare ”Culinary Odyssey,” a fabulous “Around the World” journey through food and wine chaired by Sandi Moran and Jill Bachman.  Chef Wilhelm Gahabka outdid himself with a wonderful variety of dishes that were paired with region appropriate wines.  Jimmy Keys, in his region appropriate costumes entertained with regional favorite songs.  Over 120 guests attended this black tie event.

Sandi Moran, the Naples Bailli and performer Jimmy Keys ran the very lively live auction where fine wines, dinners, yachts and destinations were auctioned to benefit our own Culinary and Hospitality Education Fund.  There were also over 200 items in the silent auction.  This wildly successful event raised over $51,000 for CHEF.
