Established in 1992, the North Miami Campus of Johnson& Wales University has grown to include more than 2,000 students from 50 states and 45 countries, enrolled in our College of Business, College of Culinary Arts and The Hospitality College.  At JWU, industry-experienced faculty bring real-life experience, hands-on learning and networking opportunities into small classroom settings, where students learn the knowledge and skills which employers have identified as necessary for career success. Through immersion in industry practices, experiential learning and industry-specific software, J&W prepares students to both hit the ground running and to realize their long-term career goals.  Both Associate and Bachelors’ degrees are awarded in Culinary Arts, Business and Hospitality.
